Terms of use
The ground rules for using our website and client portal, and for quotes, print orders and payments.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These terms apply when you use youngtechnology.net, the Young Technology client portal and our e-signature pages, and when you request a quote or place a print order with Young Technology (“we”, “us”). If you have a signed service agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the details you give us. If the job changes (quantity, size, materials, deadline or scope) the price may change, and we’ll tell you before going ahead. Unless a quote says otherwise, it’s valid for 30 days.
Print orders
- Proofs. We send a proof before printing whenever an order needs one. Please check it carefully, including spelling, phone numbers, dates, colors and layout. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what it shows, and errors in an approved proof are your responsibility.
- Color. Colors on screens differ from colors on paper and other materials, and small variations between print runs are normal.
- Your artwork. You confirm you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you send us, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any job we believe is unlawful or inappropriate.
- Turnaround and shipping. Dates in a quote are estimates. We’ll do our best to meet them, but carriers and suppliers can cause delays outside our control. Please check your order when it arrives and let us know about any damage or problem within 7 days.
- Changes and cancellations. You can change or cancel an order free of charge before you approve the proof. After approval, production may have started, and costs already incurred may be charged.
- Our design work. Once a design job is paid in full, you may use the final artwork for your business. We may keep copies for our records and, unless you ask us not to, show the work in our portfolio.
Payment
Invoices are paid online by credit or debit card through our secure online invoicing system. Payment is due by the date on the invoice. We may hold new work on accounts with overdue invoices.
The client portal
- Portal access is for the people your company has authorized. Don’t share sign-in links or codes.
- You’re responsible for activity under your access. Tell us right away if you think someone else has signed in as you.
- Only upload files for your own orders. Don’t upload anything harmful, unlawful or that you don’t have the right to share.
- We may suspend access to protect your account, your company or our systems.
Using this website
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to get around security, overload it, collect information about other people or send spam through our forms. Content on this site, including our logo and branding, belongs to Young Technology and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim relating to a quote, print order or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the order or service involved, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are covered by the terms in effect when you placed them.
