How ordering works

  1. 01

    Ask for a quote

    Tell us the item, quantity, size and when you need it. Clients can request a quote or reorder in a couple of clicks from the client portal.

  2. 02

    Send artwork or let us design it

    Upload your print-ready file, or we’ll design it for you, from a quick touch-up to a brand-new logo.

  3. 03

    Approve the proof

    You see exactly what will print and can ask for changes. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Artwork files

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, InDesign, PNG, JPG, TIFF and HEIC files up to 250 MB each. For the sharpest results, send a PDF with fonts outlined or embedded and images at 300 dpi at the final print size. Not sure your file is ready? Send it anyway and we’ll check it before your proof.

Design services

Need artwork? We design logos, business cards, flyers, signs and full sets of marketing materials, so everything looks like it belongs together.

Turnaround & shipping

Turnaround depends on the product and quantity; your quote shows the expected dates. Once it ships you’ll get tracking, and clients can follow every order from quote to delivery in the client portal.

Paying

You’ll get an invoice you can pay online with a credit or debit card.
